Event in Hartford to celebrate the Birthday of Connecticut’s Old State House. Featuring a spring market on the lawn with Connecticut made crafts, art, and local goods, food trucks from across Connecticut, a free concert, games on the lawn, and FREE admission to Connecticut’s Old State House.
