23rd Annual Fall Foliage Festival in downtown Winsted with artists, crafters, vendors, local businesses and organizations, kids activities, live music, food trucks, and a new Car and Motorcycle Show. – Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 10 am to 3 pm (rain date Sunday, October 1st).
